The Hamilton Motel is surprisingly nice and I felt very safe there. The rooms are clean, but do have an old musty smell to them. They do need new pillows in the room. My problem is customer service. While I understand that working everyday is hard, I've worked in customer service for years, and do not treat my customers like that. There was a woman working there who was very rude. You can't treat customers like that, or they won't come back. If she would have simply treated me better, this place would have received 4 stars.

We stay in hotels approximately 200 nights a year.....We work in Summerville a lot and always thought this would be a cool little motel.....IT IS NOT !!! Manager is extremely rude....room was musty and we ended up leaving at 4 am because we were being eaten alive by Bed Bugs....we had to bring 2 live ones to front desk to get a refund....STAY AWAY
