Spark by Hilton Summerville

I’ve stayed at Spark by Hilton multiple times now, and it’s become one of my go-to options when I’m traveling for work. As a budget-friendly Hilton property, it consistently delivers where it matters most to me: it’s clean, safe, and reliable—three things I never compromise on. Since I work remotely while on the road, the room setup is a big deal. The desk is surprisingly spacious and can even roll into an L-shape, which makes it easy to set up multiple monitors. There’s also plenty of lighting and outlets, and the Wi-Fi has been consistently fast and dependable—no small thing when you’re working virtually. The hotel does offer breakfast, but it’s important to know it’s continental-style. I think some lower ratings come from mismatched expectations, but for what it is, it gets the job done. What really keeps me coming back, though, is the service. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been patient, kind, and accommodating. I especially want to recognize Nelson, who always greets guests with a smile and goes above and beyond to be helpful. Monisha, the General Manager, has also made a great impression—she’s been extremely attentive and accommodating each time I’ve seen her. If you’re on the fence about staying here, I’d absolutely recommend giving it a try. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Sparks by Hilton was very nice the conference room was lovely for our Meet and great. Spacious and comfortable. Great size for meetings and small gatherings. The rooms was accommodating and comfortable and the staff was very welcoming. Convent and easy to get to. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great rates as well.

The room was clean, bathroom was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. There was not a dresser. It was not worth what we paid, which was $229 plus tax per night. They had an ok breakfast that consisted of cereal, hard boiled eggs, bagels. We would not stay here again for that price.

We can not say enough good things about this hotel. Customer service was excellent, room was very clean and comfortable. I also was very impressed with Nelson, the front desk representative. This young guy is very knowledgeable, personable, professional. He is honest and trustworthy as he helped to locate a valuable that we had left. I pray Hilton valves his integrity and work ethic.

I recently stayed at your hotel for the first time, and I am writing to share some feedback regarding my experience.While I found the staff to be very professional and the customer service excellent, I was disappointed by a persistent, unpleasant odor in the hallway and inside my room. Although the room itself was clean, the smell was quite uninviting and detracted from the overall experience. I noticed that this issue was not present on the first floor. I would suggest considering wall plugins or air fresheners to help improve the atmosphere on the guest floors. I truly enjoyed my stay otherwise, as the rooms were well-maintained and again the service was great. I hope this feedback is helpful for your future upkeep.
