Wyndham Garden Summerville

Our stay at the Wyndham Hotel was truly one of the best hotel experiences our family has had. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome with their kindness and professionalism. Parking was easy and convenient, and the housekeeping staff were both efficient and incredibly friendly throughout our stay. We also enjoyed dinner at the bar, where our server provided excellent service. You could genuinely tell he enjoys what he does, and that positive attitude made our evening even better. The highlight of our stay, however, was the breakfast service each morning. The ladies working there made us feel like family from day one. They were warm, attentive, organized, and always welcoming while making sure everything was accurate with room numbers and guest counts. The food was absolutely amazing every morning. What stood out the most was how kind they were to my 7-year-old son. He looked forward to seeing them each morning, and they always took the time to speak with him and make him smile. Those small moments meant so much to us and made our stay feel extra special. Thank you to everyone at this Wyndham location on Holiday for making our visit so memorable. Your hospitality, kindness, and care truly deserve recognition. This location absolutely deserves a 5-star rating, and we cannot wait to return.

Not the best hotel I've stayed at, but for the budget we are on this trip, it works out. The room was a little run down specifically the bathroom. But ac, shower, all the normal things still work. The lobby is super cute and there's a decent little gym.

Do not stay here in the summer! The rooms are incredibly hot! The AC is terrible and can’t keep up. Even in the hallway is super hot. I asked for a different room and they moved me a few rooms down on the same floor. It was slightly cooler but no where near comfortable. This is my least favorite hotel stay ever as I can’t stand sweating while trying to sleep. You would think for the price it would be a little better but in our first room the light was falling off the wall the furniture was all beat up. Definitely not worth the cost by far.

We've stayed here before while attending a funeral service. So, when we had another friend pass away we decided to book our stay with Wyndham. The hotel is a little outdated, but you can see evidence of their attempts to update the facility. The rooms were clean and neat. The restaurant/bar inside was nice. The food was great great and the bartender was very friendly. The location couldn't be better. It's very conveniently located right of Highway 26. I would definitely stay a third time.

Fifth floor hallway was always cold. Water in sink never got hot. Toilet needed several flushes even for urine. Window air unit was noisy. Breakfast was only 2 stars. I could hear the guests on either side of my room. Wi-Fi was slow especially at night. On the plus side, I didn't hear traffic. The bed was clean and comfortable. I didn't smell any bad odors. Staff were nice.
