Wyndham Garden Summerville

Perfect spot for a getaway where you really dont have to drive and if so very minimal and this hotel had gatherings downstairs that were fun or at least the group of people staying there where fun. And we had some slight business we had to tend to and the computers where down so the rep offered his laptop to us so for us 10 out of 10 Thank You and Ms Valerie for food service is awesome. Good Staff throughout!!!!

Overall, my stay at Wyndham Hall Garden Hotel was pleasant. The location is amazing, close to everything and very convenient. The check-in and check-out staff were also very friendly and helpful. My only concerns were the shower setup and the lack of hand soap. The bathroom would benefit from having a shower curtain liner in addition to the main curtain, as water tended to spill onto the floor even when I placed a towel down. Also, there was no hand soap provided, so I had to use the cleansing bar as a substitute.

I booked my reservation with Wyndham weeks in advance and even added an extra night since we were arriving around 2am on the 27th. Unfortunately, when we got there, we found out a fire had happened — which I understand was unexpected — but we never received a text, email, or any form of communication letting us know there were no rooms available. I had my 1-year-old with me, it was a cold night, and we had nowhere to stay. We had to scramble to find another hotel last minute, and thankfully Best Western took us in and provided amazing service for the rest of our stay in SC. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be booking with them again.

Decent hotel, easy check in with being able to do it on your phone. Good breakfast with helpful friendly staff. Bed was ok.. lots of pillows that was good! Dog friendly and easy access to the dog area which is small but we managed. Close to eating, target, and about 35 minutes to Charleston depending on traffic which we are not use to..

The rooms have clear visible things wrong. I swear it is like this at all Wyndham hotels. Like do they not see the issues? The bathroom was horrible! How do you not see these issues? As a member we get these crappy hotels!! Super 8 and Days Inn for Wyndham members. This is awful. I’d rather stay at the Hilton. I am never recognized as a member. The front desk clerk was rude. Wyndham is awful.
