SureStay by Best Western Summerville Flowertown

Room was clean the price good.The beds was not the best But the TV a lot the channel and all the HBO Channels was in Spanish And it would have been nice to have a an elevator i have a bad leg so walking up stairs was a little hard but it is only two stories . The front desk guy at night was very nice

Good location to good eateries. The staff was very kind and very helpful. The hotel is old with peeling paint and chipped furniture with stains here and there. I did find two live cockroaches.

Stayed at this hotel come to find out as I woke up in the middle of the night because ac stopped working. Turned on the lights to find a roach crawling on the night stand. Killed it and then another pulled out night stand to find mold and mildew on both sides of the bed and water stains on the sheets on the box spring. I slept with one eye open the rest of the night. Woke up sick from breathing in all this nastiness. Contacted hotel won't refund me only offered 10% discount. Do not stay here!!! Unless you like roaches and mold and mildew.

Room honestly wasn’t that bad other than an odor to it. There was a green substance on the side of the bed as well. Management is needs a lesson on customer service and how to word their inquiries when dealing with escalation issues. Very rude staff don’t recommend.

I spent five days in this Sure Stay in my own hometown because of plumbing problems at home. This is very nice mid-priced hotel. My room was clean and well stocked. The free breakfast was delicious. Everyone from the manager and desk clerks to the housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. My housekeeper even had a Spanish/English translation app on her phone so we could communicate. Everyone was very sympathetic to the problems I was having at home which made me feel like they cared. All in all, my stay at Sure Stay was a positive experience.
