Comfort Suites Summerville

This hotel is a fooler. It looks really nice but has some issues. The room was clean but bed was too high for anyone under 5'. Wife had to sleep on the not so clean couch. No extra blankets in the room. Shower head was also too high. Very loud with a party going on next door into the wee hours of the morning. Breakfast was just fair. Location was good for us.

Joyce is an absolute legend. We had such a bad experience with another hotel and at midnight this angel came to our rescue and saved our trip. She helped us complete our mission the room was amazing, clean and comfortable. We will never stay anywhere but choice hotels because of her dedication and commitment to customer service. We cannot thank her enough and I genuinely hope this review reaches her boss because they need to double her salary and put her in charge of customer relations or something she genuinely cares and we love her.

At the perfect spot in Sunmerville, pool is small but clean and kept up. Even has a handicapped swimming device to enjoy the water even if your wheel chair bound!. Don't see that much. Free breakfast and hassle free check in.

Ms. Joyce at the front desk was by far the highlight of my stay. We woke up the first day to find ants coming in through the air conditioner. Ms. Joyce was right one it having maintenance come spray and moved us to another room. The rooms were fine for the price.

The pool was amazing and the food was delicious me and my family went to the beach and the nest day I woke up stiff and burning but I still love it. 5
