We drove 14 hours, got there around 7:30pm staff greeted me with great customer service, I had a slight problem which they were encouraging and it was soon resolved. The room was nice and clean. The pool was nice. They don't offer complimentary breakfast but you can order food for a small amount I'd stay at this one or any of their locations.

DoubleTrees are usually pretty nice and this one is no exception - seems newer and well kept. Great location with a ton of food options within a couple of minutes. The staff was great, particularly Margaret, she was very helpful and otherwise super pleasant to talk with. Will definitely be back next time I work in the area.

Thought this was a great place to stay after a long day of traveling. A fairly new hotel, the rooms were nice, modern, and very comfortable. It is right off Interstate 26, so it is convenient to get to from the airprt and short drive to get to Charleston. There are many amenities, and it is in a great area. The iron and ironing board in the room worked out great and saved me time. Would absolutely stay there again.

The rooms are very nice and feel new. The large chaise lounge is enough for the two of us to sit on and wind down for the night comfortably. The lighting is great with ambient lighting in the head board. The mirror is bluetooth enabled so you can listen to music while you enjoy the walk in shower. The coffee bar is well stocked. Definitely a great place to stay the night.

The staff employees Corey Malcolm Shantele...l Chef Malcom and last but never least Supervisor Ms. Jerri were beyond Amazing! They showed GENUINE care professionalism and courtesy with a smile. Ms Jerries warm greetings will always be remembered Shantelle..l Malcolm and Corey gojng beyond the call of duty to make my stay awesome!! Please continue to hire more of their likeness and left me know where to purchase the bedding and pillows!!! Never slept so comfortable
