The reviews are all legit. Warmth and sincerity abound at Chick Inn. Monica and Eric’s ability to make you feel like instant longtime friends is amazing. But not just the adults, the boys and Moose were just as welcoming. During our 3-day stay we never wanted for a thing - except a few more days. We are now looking forward to our next stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my one night with Monica and her two sons in a nicely restored Victorian home in Summerville. We had the downstairs room next to the kitchen. It was comfortable, clean and spacious. We had an awesome fresh breakfast with delicious coffee. I particularly enjoyed being with Monica and listening to her stories about the mansion. Jake and Campbell were the sweetest kids to talk to and Jake and I especially bonded when he tried to stump me with sports questions. I got lucky. If you’re going through or staying in Summerville, I highly recommend staying here.

We had the most fabulous uplifting stay with Monica and her family and of course their awesome dog, Moose. The home is very neat, clean and welcoming. Monica has a super positive vibe and makes you feel like part of the family. Fresh eggs for breakfast was a special treat. We will definitely stay there again when in Summerville.

I just left and I'm ready to go back! I met up with a friend for a girls' trip who has stayed here many times. I don't stay in a ton of BnBs so I didn't know what to expect but Monica greeted us so warmly upon arrival I felt safe and comfortable immediately. I stayed in the downstairs room and it was very clean and cozy. Monica and Eric are wonderful hosts and their boys and dog are so fun and friendly! 10/10 would recommend staying here!!!

I'm torn about writing this review as I don't want to share this little gem of a place with others because we won't be able to make another reservation as it will always be booked! My husband and I have stayed here multiple times over the past couple of years and this year we rented the whole house for Christmas and as usual it did not disappoint. The attention to detail is amazing. We walked into the house with the lights on, Christmas music playing in the background and a gorgeous tree! We had our groceries delivered the day before we arrived and Monica had them all put aways for us. The quiche and eggnog cranberry loaf that were left for us were amazing! The kitchen had all we needed to make Christmas dinner. The bedrooms and living spaces are so cozy and comfortable. Your really only need to pack your toothbrush/toothpaste and clothes as the other items are provided. Once you stay with Monica and her wonderful family you won't want to stay anywhere else! Looking forward to being back in 2025!
