House keeping only comes every other day. On the day their supposed to come, contact had to be made with the front desk to get room serviced. Shower gel dispenser was empty. Even when house keeping services the rooms, doesn't appear to be a full restock of items in the room. Telephone didn't work in the room. Kept having to physically go downstairs to front desk to repeatedly ask for items. Gave grace and stayed patient but won't visit Marriott properties anytime soon. Will look to other hotel chains.

Came here to stay because of the proximity of visiting a wedding. The location of pretty good not too far away from downtown but also it's very close to silver restaurants within driving distance of about 15 to 20 minutes. The rooms are very spacious. Comes with several amenities but you have quite a good amount of space.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. The room was comfortable, but I found the noise level from nearby events a bit disruptive at times. Overall, a decent experience with some room for improvement.

Like everything else in an around Charleston it’s overpriced, overrated and has become aok about greed on tourist and biz travelers. I have stayed at this hotel two dozen plus times, it has become insane with its room rates of $250 plus and the hotel is dated and in need of a sever remodel ITS A MARRIOTT COURTYARD NOT Four Seasons On top of it all, the greed of the franchise owners they now charge $10 a night parking which is ridiculous for a hotel that is not within in an Airport radius. It’s just greed in the highest form by this owner, high room rates for area that has nothing to offer but being over populated and has major infrastructure and traffic issues and now they want to rob you for a $10 dollar daily parking fee. If you decide to stay at this 2 star hotel enter with your hands high to the sky because they will be doing a stick up on you. It’s Nexton Square not NYC We took this hotel off our list when we are in the Charleston area, greed and overpriced rooms don’t work well for us Good luck to the other victims

Horrible experience. I have stayed at this hotel twice before without issue but this last time was awful. There was rotting food in the fridge, the shower floor was moldy, and the carpet and bed were stained. When paying for a suite, I expect a much cleaner room. Also having to pay for parking was ridiculous in that area. Again, I have stayed here multiple times and have not had an issue or paid for parking until this trip.
