avid hotel Summerville by IHG

I fave a one star due to the overwhelmingly dirty carpets in the hallways. The pic doesn't show the severity. The rooms were clean. The water pressure for the showers was a trickle both in the evening and morning. Dove soap is a plus. The construction noise in the hotel was disruptive for the most part of the nite. Overall I would not recommend. Surprised as part of Hilton.

We checked in today Feb 27 about 2pm and was told room not ready which was fine. First let me say the lady there I believe , Tamnesha, was great 👍...she told us about 215 our accessible room was ready..it was not...dirty towels on floor ,bed not made and to top it off poop in toilet. Went back downstairs and Tamnesha got us another room. Which was fine. However whomever put the room down as ready really goofed..it was bad. Again not clerks fault.she was super .be aware rooms are somewhat small and new room is ok.May think twice about coming back..if we do it's because of how nice front desk was.

Rooms are decent, comfortable, pet friendly at decent pet price, breakfast has very little taste, potatoes underdone, eggs rubbery, brand. I eat alot of hotel breakfast so not expecting perfection but this one truly needs a revamp

This is my go to hotel whenever I'm in Summerville, SC. The staff couldn't be any nicer and helpful. The entire hotel is clean and spotless. Rooms are very comfortable, bathrooms have plenty of yowrls. The new hot breakfast is a really nice addition. Love the location.

This hotel is very clean, modern, and the rooms are very nice. The price is fair. It had a walk- in shower and a large screen TV. The front desk people were phenomenal. The one drawback was the room didn't have a set of drawers, just some cubby holes. There isn't a closet but an area to hang clothes. There were 4 hangers and some hooks. All in all, we'd definitely return.
