Hampton Inn Summerville

Courteous and respectful hotel staff. I was greeted the moment I walked through the door and every time thereafter. Check in was smooth and easy. Lobby and hallways smell very clean. Breakfast is ready on time with a variety of foods and a pleasant host. Room was immaculate. Pleasant smell throughout. Bed was comfy and A/C worked like a charm! Would definitely book again!

Let me start by saying, I really like this place. The location is smack dab in the middle of everything. Airport, Charleston, monks corner, Mt pleasant, John Island, etc etc. it's all with in 20-45 minutes. Any food you want to eat. Any place you want to go. The staff is super pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed it. They also have free breakfast.

Rooms and service were wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. Ms. Barbara in the breakfast area was a complete joy and a ray of sunshine every morning we were there. The front desk staff was also friendly and easy to deal with. A word of caution is in order in the area as we did notice several closed businesses nearby while walking our dog and others being renovated. There is a substantial homeless population in the area and they do wander about the area. We did not encounter any on the hotel property but in the immediate area around the hotel they are present. It wasn't an issue for us but be aware. The hotel is pet friendly for a fee, service animals are free. Overall a good stay and good hotel. Good place to stay in Summerville. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the Summerville area.

We had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn! The hotel was very clean, pet friendly, and the entire staff truly cared about every guest who came through the doors. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it. A special shoutout to Shawn at the front desk — he was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming throughout our stay. He took the time to have genuine conversations with us and you can tell he truly cares about both the guests and the animals that come in. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel that comfortable and appreciated while traveling. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean, welcoming, and genuinely caring environment!

By far the nicest Hilton property I have stayed at. Front desk staff and night auditors were excellent, professional, and knowledgeable and very friendly. Our room was clean and breakfast was excellent! The hotel is laid out very well, everything organized and a large selection of coffee creamers and sweeteners along with a great selection of toppings for the breakfast foods such as sprinkles, whipped cream, chocolate chips, and syrups for the waffles. I love the decorations in the hotel for all the holidays. We had such a wonderful stay, we will be back here every time we stay in South Carolina.
