    They told me I had to have a telehealth call to tell me what my lab results were. I sat on hold for a video call over 20 minutes to not have anyone contact me from the other side. They called me the next day and told me everything looked good (not even 5 minutes) billed me 75 dollars for the phone call. YOU COULD HAVE SENT AN EMAIL! I even said in my paperwork you could email me. This is absolutely absurd. The billing department will rip you off DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY.
