The care from all of the staff is absolutely top notch. From the moment you walk in the door the ladies behind the front desk are friendly and courteous; attributes that extend to every member of staff from the lab techs to the doctors themselves. I personally see Rebecca Nelson and she is INCREDIBLE. Never before in my medical experience have I met a physician who genuinely cares for me as a person and not just another name on a file. From day 1 she made me feel seen, heard, and understood, assuring me that she believed me when I described my symptoms and that we wouldn't stop looking for answers until we found the right ones. That level of care and compassion has never diminished and it is always a joy to see and speak with her. I cannot recommend this practice enough!
