Rachel was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to do an incredibly thorough history and asked detailed questions about all of my symptoms instead of focusing on just one issue. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or judged. She listened with genuine compassion and made me feel heard in a way that no other provider has before. After years of searching for answers, it was such a relief to have someone who approached my concerns thoughtfully and took them seriously. I’m very grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate provider.

From the initial phone call to get the process started on becoming a new patient, the receptionist was very kind & helpful! When arriving for my first appointment the parking lot & waiting area was quite full, which honestly is a good sign in my opinion considering the size of the place. I waited a bit before my name was called to go back, but I didn’t mind. When meeting Mary & Rebecca I felt at ease/comfortable! I never felt rushed or dismissed & they both listened to everything I mentioned with genuine care. Very pleased & looking forward to getting the help I need to become a healthier me!

My first appointment at Magnolia Endocrinology was a great experience! Parking was easy, Front desk was professional, the MA actually pulled me back a few minutes early and Rachel took her time going over labs, symptoms that needed to be addressed, educating me on the proper way to take my medications (I had been taking them too close together for years!) and we came up with a plan for future treatments and options. Rachel was so kind and very knowledgeable. It felt like talking to a friend! Thank you everyone for a wonderful first impression!

During new patient visit, found Rachel to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk with. I did not feel rushed - she was thorough, provided information clearly, and answered all my questions completely and directly. I feel confident in her care.

The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated my provider- Rebecca Nelson. She really took the time to listen and look at my labs as well and dig deeper into the root cause of my symptoms. I told her my preference to try a more natural approach first and she was very supportive. I would recommend her to anyone!
