I had my first appointment with PA Bridgette Payne a couple of weeks ago, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! PA Bridgette made me feel so comfortable. I came in for routine testing, and I usually get very anxious and nervous about those types of tests. However, Bridgette immediately put me at ease and made me feel safe and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Everyone else I interacted with that day was also incredibly friendly and helpful every step of the way, including MA Maggie, the front desk staff, and Marsha, who drew my blood. I will definitely be recommending Women’s Health Practice and PA Bridgette to my friends for their future healthcare needs! (Side note: PA Margaret Miller is also pretty awesome, and you should definitely check her out too!)

I had my first appointment with Dr. Margaret Miller, and I absolutely loved my experience. She is such a kind and compassionate doctor who really takes the time to listen. I felt heard and understood, and she made sure to go over everything I had concerns about. She explained all the information clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. The entire staff was great as well. the nurses were friendly, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable about what they were doing. On top of that, the facility itself was very clean and well-maintained. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Dr. Margaret Miller to anyone looking for a caring and attentive doctor.

Maggie Miller was extremely personable, answered any and all questions and made me comfortable throughout my appointment. It had been a while since I’d had a checkup due to the last time I had gone to the OBGYN (about 6 years ago not in Charleston), I was very uncomfortable and felt judged with any questions I had asked. Maggie was calm, helpful, and knew exactly what I needed to help me during the appointment. I will not go anywhere else!

The office was clean, the staff was friendly, there was virtually no wait, the provider was on time and my appointment was over fast, but I didn't feel rushed out either. It was a nice change for the provider to be on time, I usually end up waiting well beyond my appointment time at most offices. Thank your for valuing my time, my clients later that day sure appreciate me being able to be on time as well. One thing that was odd to me was that some people had kids with them in the waiting room, usually my previous providers asked to not bring kids to appointments.

Updated review June 2026: I will not be returning to this practice after the care I have received today and while trying to be seen for a high risk pregnancy. Despite trying to get an appointment, they had numerous issues with my insurance. I asked how much it would out of pocket and explained I could not make the upfront payment. I was advised to cancel my appointment and seek care elsewhere until insurance was taken care of. After getting new insurance, I tried to make a pregnancy appointment and was booked almost two weeks out. Today, I was seen following an issue with my pregnancy and saw Bridget, the PA. She was incredibly rude during my appointment and I ended up walking out without finishing the appointment. She insinuated that I wasn’t actually pregnant despite me having prior ultrasounds outside of this facility. Dr. Parry came highly recommended as an endometriosis specialist. I made an appointment to see him and he listened to all of my concerns, answered my questions, and always has a smile on his face. I had my surgery done yesterday for endometriosis. This is my 3rd one and it was the best experience I’ve had. Dr. Parry removed a lot of endometriosis that another doctor said they couldn’t find just a few months prior. My procedure went smoothly. My significant other was impressed with how well Dr. Parry did with him and answering questions when he got the call I was finished with surgery. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. I will be continuing my care with him going forward.
