I was very pleased with Ms Riley and her assistant. I have been dealing with ear wax in my right ear for 3 years and no other provider suggested irrigation of my ear. It is so nice to be able to hear out of that ear again.

Dr. Corso has been great, last visit I met with a nurse practitioner Sarah Waite who was also great. Both have great personalities. The only negative experiences I have had is that a few times I did not receive any response to emails I sent on MyChart and that they don't allow the pharmacy to send in requests on my behave.

I do feel that there is any real effort to address the things that would ensure my well being. I will not accept NO appointments in the future. My previous experience with Rosalyn was more positive than this appointment.

Dr. Corso and her staff were fantastic! Coming in as a new patient from out of state you never know what you are going to get. She was a great listener, had great bedside manner and was very attentive to all my needs. Worth the 4-6 month wait!

They charge $273 for a flu test. My insurance allows $150, so now I owe $150 for a freaking flu test. Just because an insurance company allows it, does not justify why you mark it up so high to start. It just makes you as disgusting as the insurance company. Guarantee they didn"t even really run anything, they just had me sit and wait 30 minutes then popped in to say it was negative, and "wow, you look really sick". Then said I could go home without finding what was really wrong. Have the day you deserve.
