Wish I could give more stars.. I called last week for a physical (1st time patient). Got an appointment fairly quickly however when I arrived at my appointment (2:15pm) and saw the Dr, she couldn’t complete my physical because I had ate and I was supposed to fast for labs. Nobody told me this otherwise I would have . I have a 3yr old 2yr old and a 4 month old and taking time out to see a Dr is not easy for me. Now I have to come back for labs. On top of that we were discussing medications and she asked me… the patient if it’s covered. I told her I wouldn’t know and was advised to call my insurance company. I’ve been in the medical field for over 15 years and not once has a Dr asked me if a medication is covered? Don’t you have your Own insurance department? Don’t you have your own prior authorization department ? Overall first experience was not impressed

Dr. kight believes in power of health interventions outside of medications. He gave me a list of evidences based supplements for different conditions he has compiled . He also has the most genuine and kind nurse I have ever had at a doctors office that cares as much as Dr. Kight does. great team.

A family member went here to get blood drawn for routine labs. Check in was quick and easy, and the receptionist was friendly. The phlebotomist was experienced, friendly, and did a great job.

Dr. Kight listens and was able to handle things past providers sent to specialist. His nurse and front staff are great. He also sees my children and appreciate a family medicine doctor that is experienced with pediatrics and understands the family dynamic.

I've had mixed experiences, but mostly having to do with scheduling and consistency of my primary care physicians due to the turn around they've had in the past few years. That said, today I called at 0730 to make an appointment and was able to get an 0815. After completing my pre-check in online prior to coming in, I was able to get checked in and seen in no time. I didn't wait long and was seen on time, diagnosed, and out of there by 0845. I think there have been some challenges (like their website) that they're still working through, but the staff there are doing their best and appreciate their hard work.
