Kelsey is an amazing Esthetician! As you will see In my before and after pictures. I am so very happy with my results! In resolving hyperpigmentation, and redness. I also have two scars on my neck, arm and several abdominal scars from surgeries which are barely noticeable. Kelsey did 3 sessions of microneedling with exosomes and 2 sessions of Fractional Erbium laser. The microneedling treatment with exosomes creates controlled micro-injures to the skin allowing for a wound healing response which signals collagen to be produced and rebuilds new skin tissue. Combining exosomes with microneedling boosts a skin healing response, slow down pigment production, and reduces inflammation and redness in the skin. With the use of Fractional Erbium Resurfacing, this laser forces cellular turnover to happen which benefits hyperpigmentation by shedding old pigment and dead skin as it remodels the new fresh skin. When I arrived to the appointment, I was frustrated. Frustrated with my morning which had nothing to do with the office. I was frustrated about the hassle of getting there. The drive and traffic was exhausting. just having one of those mornings.Which resulted in me being late extremely late.I was very pleased with their customer service. I was late for my appointment. They found a way to save me time and a drive. Also, I have lost 28 pounds since started two months ago.
