Holiday Inn Express & Suites Summerville by IHG

If you're in the Summerville area I would highly recommend this be your go to hotel. I was pleasant surprised how nice this hotel is. The staff was very friendly. I had a suite on the top level (4th floor). The room was very large, with a very large bathroom. The hotel is in a busy area, with restaurants and stores in walking distance.

Convenient location with lots of food options, gas stations, and stores (even a grocery store in the same parking lot). The hotel was very clean, quiet, and they offer free breakfast. The staff I encountered were nice. I recommend staying here.

Stayed here one night (June 2025) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our beds were very comfortable, and the room was quiet all night even though there were many people staying in the hotel. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel because the staff had made crispy bacon and did not tell us "I'm sorry we are all out of that." The staff was all helpful. Both desk workers provided what I needed without question or delay. We asked for extra towels, and batteries for the thermostat that quit. Both interactions were done quickly and happily. When I asked to check out a bit late as an IHG member, and each staff pleasantly agreed. Very easy access to I-26 but from my room I did not hear any road noise. Not a brand new hotel, but every part we were in was well cared for. Would definitely stay again.

The lady at the desk who checked me,my sister and mom was so nice and very accommodating our needs.Im so grateful .We really enjoyed our stay She was a blessing. I came from out of town for a doctor's appointment and we didn't want to drive back the same day. So glad we stay there. Will be back in January . Breakfast was very good. We just needed cheese to put on our grits. Room was clean but our TV had a issue but that was ok. Near a lot of stores and restaurants.

4th of July weekend. Mike was keeping hot food coming as fast as he could. Dining area was full! He was very kind and patient!! Quality of level cleanliness has dropped significantly in the last 2 years. If you need towels or service, stay at front counter until you get it. You will not get towels until 2 days later.
