I’ve been a patient at this office since I was a minor, and I’m now 23, so I’ve seen a lot over the years. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. The front office staff treat patients as if we’re stupid or bothersome, and it’s very clear that they are agitated and unhappy with their jobs. My most recent appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes past my appointment time with no communication or explanation. The attitude toward patients is unprofessional and frankly unacceptable. I hope the management addresses this because patients deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy.

Dr. Berger is a fantastic primary care doctor that really does care. Never had a bad experience with any staff or any of the other nurses or physicians.

I’ve been a patient here for years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I don’t go to chain doctors’ offices—I prefer care that feels personal and genuine. This office is exactly that. From the moment you walk in, the front desk is welcoming and kind, the nurses are attentive, and my doctor truly listens. They take their time and make you feel like more than just a number. It’s that rare, old-fashioned doctor-patient relationship that’s hard to find these days. Although I miss Dr. Maino, who was there when I first started coming, Dr. Burger and Kacie Moody are absolutely amazing. They continue that same level of care, compassion, and professionalism. I’m so thankful to be part of a practice that truly puts patients first.

My provider is pretty nice, but not sure about everyone else. I walked in one day to pick up a lab bag and I was ignored by everyone while they rehearsed for a wedding until the front desk person finally came minutes later. Called and someone on the phone today was not kind at all. There wasn’t a proper greeting or goodbye. My provider is nice BD, but they could use some work otherwise.

I’ve been a patient at Dorchester Medical for many, many years. Excellent people! I usually see Dr Berger but today I saw Ms Georgia Miller. First rate physicians both of them! They take time to listen to your issue, discuss what option or options are best, and make a decision actually taking your thoughts into consideration. God bless these people for their honorable service.
