The room and amenities are great. But for someone who stays at great hotels and we pay a lot of money especially in different states, no free breakfast!?? You guys need to change that. I’ve never stayed somewhere and had to pay extra for breakfast! I love SC!!! But come on! Even with kids, it makes it hard to go somewhere else early to go get breakfast! But I get it , always trying to make more money and not spend more! But if this helps, customers should be your priority ! This is one thing that should be included with stay ! No matter if status! We spend a lot of money just being here. We are members but I still think other customers should enjoy the breakfast too. Regardless of status!

This hotel is a bit more expensive than others in the area, but it's in a great location with several local restaurants and shops within walking distance. We initially recommended it to friends and family but now they've started charging for self-parking. That's a deal-breaker for us.

Some of the lights didn't work, the smoke alarm blinked non- stop. But the employees were just great! We got extra blankets, bought snacks there! But watch out for a Black truck taking 2 handicapped spaces, so others can't hit their truck😠. The shower water pressure was great!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Wish we had time to try out the bistro during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the 26 and 17, so you are close to restaurants, grocery stores, and gas, but it is a highly congested traffic area. It is nearly impossible to exit off the N26 ramp and get into the left lane to turn on Sigma Drive. Luckily, you can easily get to the hotel from the next light (Front St).

My husband and I really didn’t have a problem with staff or room. I was very upset with the smell of plug-ins or some scent that gave me a terrible sore throat in the lobby area. Many people have scent allergy and it was very over powering to the point we wouldn’t stay here again. We were told that there was a bar that opened at either 4 or 5 never saw it opened. That was disappointing but thankfully there were places in walking distance. Bistro was a joke…. Also they didn’t have their convenient store stocked no beer or wine so when asked they just kind of laughed that off. They also had a cute popcorn maker always empty but plenty of flavors to put on the nonexistent popcorn! Staff was friendly I will give them that. Also complained of the 4th floor smelling like cigarette smoke and they never followed through and let us know if that was taken care of or not. Will explore other options on or next trip. One more point if you are looking to sleep with less noise don’t book even numbers do the odd side.
