Seaside Family Medicine

My whole family goes to Seaside Family Medicine. I am so grateful for this place! I have taken my children to Amanda McAllister for years. She is thorough, compassionate, and crazy good at her job. She takes her time with us and provides great solutions; she speaks directly and plainly on why she wants to make a decision, so you are fully informed. When there is a problem, she leaves no stone unturned and does not cut corners or take risks when there is another way. Amanda is exactly what you want in pediatric care! She has even spent tons and tons of time making sure insurance covered my son's medication after an initial denial. I will not take my kids anywhere else, and would recommend her to anybody! Justyna Parsons is all absolutely fantastic too. They all really look at the whole picture to find and treat underlying causes, not just symptoms, actually listen, and truly care about the long term well-being of their patients. The whole place works as a team and it shows. The receptionist and nurses are always very kind, helpful, professional, and efficient. Parking is easy, the location is convenient, the rooms are immaculate and spacious, the wait is always very reasonable. They all go above and beyond! It is a great place for the whole family's needs. I don't understand all of the good reviews on google. The reviews on other platforms arent so glowing. I have had nothing but trouble repeatedly with this practice that I have had the misfortune of being stuck with since I have no insurance the past few years. I have been through several NPs here because of a high turnover rate. I had an appointment today and since I never received any reminders I thought I better call. The NP I was scheduled with is no longer there. No one thought to contact me to reschedule my appointment. I've arranged my schedule today around this appt and have taken time away from work. The last appt I had Justyna was so rude. Mid appt she told me she didn't have time for me she had another patient waiting. The only NP that seemed halfway decent I had to go to the office for a zoom appt. Now I'm stuck with no refills and trying to reschedule with yet another stranger. That's the other issue, getting refills through the nurse line. I'm sure I'll have to call repeatedly like in the past. No one gives a crap about their work ethic here, patient care, or providing even adequate service. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Listennnnnnnnnn! Please let me have everbody's undivided attention. Let me go ahead and detour new clients in the right direction. This location is where you need to come, so do not pass go or collect $200. I love my Dr. Mrs. Klauber and Amanda the DNP! They really listen to all my concerns and answer all my questions when needed! Mrs. Klauber always have good posture and good eye contact even though it's virtual. Nothing is ignored and she is very knowledgeable and a expertise when it comes to being a DR.I just want to thank her so much! Mrs. Amanda I can write a whole book! Yea, that's my girl, and I haven't even met her in person. Sometimes you can tell people are genuine through communication. When I emails her for anything, she responds in a promptly matter less then 24 hours. The responses are on point everytime. She always keeps me updated on what she is going to do. When I told her I couldn't get good communication and needed that because of my health issues, she was on it every since. Amanda you're the best and I had to leave this long review! Thanks for giving me your selective attention when its time.I know I'm thr only client, but I feel like it sometimes! LOL Please go see them because their phenomenal!!!!! Amanda have a sense of humor also! She is funny! LOL! Again thank yall for everything yall have did for me thus far!!!! Happy Holidays!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Seaside family medicine is one of the most unprofessional offices I have ever dealt with. My husband had to call their office three times to have his medication refilled. They never reached out to him or his Pharmacy to fill that prescription. My husband had to pick up other medication from their office, he called at 4:30 to check what were their office hours. He was informed the office closes at 7:00 Pm. So My husband traveled 1 1/2 to the office. He arrived at 6:19 the office door was locked, lights out and the sign stated closed. He knocked on the door numerous times and called the office and no one picked up or answered the door. I called to make a complaint and all i received were excuses, attitude, and unprofessionalism. One of the employees hung up on me stating to me I needed to calm down. As a patient you would expect them to listen to your concerns and understand your frustration when they are the ones making mistakes. This office has a quick turn over, we have been patience for only 6 months and we have seen three different nurse practitioners due to them leaving. How are they going to take care of any patience if your seeing a different person every time you have an appointment. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I will be making complaints to the state medical board and to DHEC. If i can give them a negative zero I would.

Dr. Amanda was very friendly. She gave our daughter her full attention and asked lots of questions to help give her the best possible diagnosis. She also let us meet her sweet puppy which was the cherry on top of a great experience!!
