Rachel was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to do an incredibly thorough history and asked detailed questions about all of my symptoms instead of focusing on just one issue. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or judged. She listened with genuine compassion and made me feel heard in a way that no other provider has before. After years of searching for answers, it was such a relief to have someone who approached my concerns thoughtfully and took them seriously. I’m very grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate provider.

Rebecca Nelson is the best! I would recommend her to anyone! She is knowledgeable without being condescending, she makes sure I understand everything we discuss, and she ensures that I have the final say in my treatment plan. I never feel pressured to make a certain choice. She genuinely cares about doing what is best for me. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her! 10 out of 10, would recommend!

I came here a little over 2 years ago with food journals, exercise regimine, steps, calorie intake, etc. frustrated because no matter what i did I could not lose more than a few pounds at a time. Other endocrinologists and doctors chalked it up to laziness or genetics. The juggling back and forth was making me depressed and my PCM was pushing bipass surgery...which i desperately wanted to avoid. After extensive labs and trying various options, it took us about 6-8 months to find my issues and get me on track. The staff here is friendly. My PA takes time and listens to my concerns, answers my questions and encourages me. She also enters the room with a huge congratulations and high five whenever she sees a weight loss. They really DO seem to care. Btw: at the wiring of this review date, i have lost 54 lbs. There is more to go but I feel so much better and know the best is yet to come. I cannot say enough about magnolia endocrinology.

She was so intelligent on the subject of osteoporosis. She had very good information and really listened to what I had to say. So far she is the best doctor I have ever met. So glad there's people who really care about how you feel and don't just say there's nothing we can do. Thank-you so much Miss Bengton for caring! Terry Kitchens

From the initial phone call to get the process started on becoming a new patient, the receptionist was very kind & helpful! When arriving for my first appointment the parking lot & waiting area was quite full, which honestly is a good sign in my opinion considering the size of the place. I waited a bit before my name was called to go back, but I didn’t mind. When meeting Mary & Rebecca I felt at ease/comfortable! I never felt rushed or dismissed & they both listened to everything I mentioned with genuine care. Very pleased & looking forward to getting the help I need to become a healthier me!
