The Kickin’ Chicken

First of all, how do you have that many sauces & nothing showing customers the spice level. Common sense, customers want to know how hot the sauce is. Put some little peppers beside the names or a spice level meter on the menu. Besides that, I’d rather have fast food chicken. It’s too expensive, super salty, very tough/chewy & sauces suck. Ive been twice & ordered 4 different sauces on the side each time just to make sure. All of the buffalo options taste the exact same, and they’re all bad. The fries are awesome, but the bacon was extremely salty, again. The cherry on top is the 3.5% service fee in small text at the bottom of the menu. Mandatory service fees are supposed to be for large parties staying long periods of time, not a few guests in & out. Americans are accustomed to tipping & servers make fantastic money around here. There’s absolutely no need for that. Just absolutely disappointing all the way around.

Great food and excellent wait staff!!! HOWEVER, and this is very important, owners actually ADD a SEPARATE ADD-ON CHARGE to your bill to account for their POS system they have where you have to complete the transaction at table (where instead of server simply taking your payment to the back to close out the bill, the server has to do it at your table and make you complete the sale there, putting the POS device in your hand). SO, essentially, the owner wants to pass a choice they made for software and operating process, that you likely do NOT want, on to you as the customer as a surprise EXTRA charge you cannot avoid on your bill. There is no way to avoid this as not a credit card charge but a random owner charge you must pay even if you use cash (per server and apparently many are complaining). It is a shame as the food and wait staff were great, but I am not going to pay a separate charge to cover their normal operations. BE CAREFUL if you go here, as they will add-on such surprise charges. Ask in advance so you know what you are getting into. We eat at a LOT of restaurants and have never seen this happen before. Sure, some offer a discount or extra charge based on whether you use a credit card, but this is something completely different and SOOOO disappointing; not customer friendly or good service to say the least. Great food and wait staff, but the hassle charges are definitely not appropriate d.

I had a great experience thanks to Allison and Jackie. Both bartenders were friendly, professional, and made everyone feel welcome from the moment they walked in. They were attentive, kept drinks flowing, and handled a busy crowd with ease and a smile. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service made the atmosphere fun and enjoyable. Allison and Jackie are true assets to the establishment, and I look forward to coming back because of the outstanding service they provide. Highly recommend!

Food cold, ranch and buffalo dip was super runny, service could definitely have been better. Bring the old kickin chicken back!! Sports bar but none of the tvs available.

I'm very disappointed in my pickup order this evening. I ordered a salad, no onions or peppers and they put onions and peppers on it. The croutons are stale. The lettuce is browning. There is no ranch on my Bobby fries. Very disappointed.
