First of all, how do you have that many sauces & nothing showing customers the spice level. Common sense, customers want to know how hot the sauce is. Put some little peppers beside the names or a spice level meter on the menu. Besides that, I’d rather have fast food chicken. It’s too expensive, super salty, very tough/chewy & sauces suck. Ive been twice & ordered 4 different sauces on the side each time just to make sure. All of the buffalo options taste the exact same, and they’re all bad. The fries are awesome, but the bacon was extremely salty, again. The cherry on top is the 3.5% service fee in small text at the bottom of the menu. Mandatory service fees are supposed to be for large parties staying long periods of time, not a few guests in & out. Americans are accustomed to tipping & servers make fantastic money around here. There’s absolutely no need for that. Just absolutely disappointing all the way around.

Food cold, ranch and buffalo dip was super runny, service could definitely have been better. Bring the old kickin chicken back!! Sports bar but none of the tvs available.

If you want your pipes cleaned out, THIS is the place to go! My wife and I went here for the first time, and the first time EVER to the franchise. Food wasn't bad, even though the tenders were a little overdone. Drinks weren't bad either. The service was fabulous and the atmosphere and decor was nice. An hour after we're done, and our stomachs were doing flips flops! We didn't eat anything all day until we got to this restaurant. So, it will be our LAST time going here. That's a shame.

Food was plenty, good prices and great atmosphere. Drinks were flowing. Our hostess did a great job.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated right away. Our server promptly came over to take both our drink and food orders since we were ready to order. I chose the Buffalo Chicken Dip, and my husband went with the “Johnny” Chicken Sandwich with tater tots. The dip was seasoned perfectly full of flavor! However, I would have preferred a thicker consistency. There was also a slight metallic taste, possibly from the dish it was baked in or maybe the oven. I’d rate the dip a 7 out of 10. Now let me tell you when we go back, I’m definitely getting the “Johnny” with tater tots! I tasted a bite of my husband’s sandwich, and it was superb! Just the right balance of chicken, cheese, and BBQ sauce, all toasted to perfection. My taste buds were doing a happy dance! The tater tots were crisp and delicious, especially when dipped in their ranch dressing which, by the way, is the best ranch I’ve ever tasted. Ever! The sweet tea was good as well, though I did notice the tea to-go didn’t quite taste the same as the dine-in version. Overall good place for a bite to eat!!
