Logan’s Roadhouse

My wife and I finally checked out Logan’s Roadhouse in Summerville since we had some gift cards and had never been to this location. We went in knowing it was pretty packed, so we expected things to take a little longer. First off, those rolls are SO good 😂. The butter that comes with them was honestly delicious and probably one of my favorite parts of the meal. We also got the onion straws as an appetizer. I had the house salad with peppercorn dressing, fried shrimp, ribs, and loaded mashed potatoes. The shrimp, salad, and loaded potatoes were all really good and had plenty of flavor. Unfortunately, the ribs were a miss for me. They came out cold and were lacking flavor, which was disappointing. My wife got the grilled pork chops with mac and cheese and loaded mashed potatoes, and the pork chops were definitely the star of the meal. They were grilled perfectly, juicy, and the apples on the side went really well with them. The mac and cheese, though… I’m not gonna lie, I’ve had better Kraft 😂. Overall, the meal was a little hit or miss. I understand the restaurant was packed, so I’m willing to give it another shot after some time. The good stuff was really good, but there were definitely a few things that could’ve been better.

I came here with my family tonight,to celebrate my wife's promotion,and my stepsons graduating! The manager was super amazing and patient with us!! I will definitely return here to celebrate or just a casual dinner. Our server was a lovely young lady named Payton she was very friendly and just precious. There was a young man by the name of Isaiah he was very helpful in getting my family seated 🙏🏿

Great choice of food and a quiet atmosphere to dine in. They also have tv with sports playing for you to view and enjoy while waiting for your food. Food comes out promptly and hot with associate comes by to ask if you’re satisfied with your meal. Services were quick and attentive to your needs. Would definitely recommend you check out this restaurant for your meal the next time you want a great meal. 1/2 rack ribs n fries with children chicken strips and fries for the winning lunch try it you want regret it.

11oz Logan Steak is Amazing! I like it! The food was tasty, the portions were great, and everything came out just the way I expected. The staff were friendly and took good care of me throughout the meal. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, making it a great place to enjoy a nice dinner. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience during our visit last night. The evening started with a slow greeting from our server. When she arrived, there was no introduction to any specials, featured items, or restaurant offerings. I ordered a drink that I didn't enjoy and asked for it to be removed. I later found out it was a citrus ale, but that was never mentioned when I ordered it. When our food arrived, my salad had the wrong dressing, and we never received the rolls until we asked for them. Throughout the meal, service was very limited. We often had to ask for refills, boxes, bags, and other basic items because they were never offered. Our table also wasn't pre-bussed, leaving empty dishes on the table for most of the meal. We were never asked if we wanted dessert before the check was brought. On a positive note, the food itself was good. The welcome when we arrived was somewhat warm, but it lacked the friendliness and hospitality that make guests feel truly appreciated. We're willing to give the restaurant one more chance because we believe everyone can have an off night. However, if our next visit is similar, we unfortunately won't be returning.
