This was one of the best dental experiences I have ever had! I want to highlight Kellen’s amazing attention to detail and her patience. She took the time to explain every step of the process and what I could expect next. Dr. Jantz was wonderful, she performed a quick and painless exam, explained my care plan to get my dental health back on track, and made sure I left without any questions. I’m so glad to have found a trustworthy, confident, and patient dental office to help get my smile healthy again!

I had my first appointment at River Landing Dentistry today for a consultation to remove bonding after getting my braces off, and I am beyond impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. They completed a full exam with X-rays, and everything was handled with such care and professionalism. As a person with disabilities, I was a little nervous about how the appointment would go and whether things might feel awkward — but it was the exact opposite. My hygienist was incredibly sweet and gentle. She explained every single step before she did anything, which made me feel safe, respected, and fully informed. I truly felt seen and heard throughout the entire visit. The compassion, patience, and attentiveness of the team made all the difference. I left feeling confident in my care and so grateful I chose this office. I will absolutely be making River Landing Dentistry my permanent dentist. Highly recommend!

I had a crown placed a couple of weeks prior to my visit with Dr. Jantz. The tooth had a hair line fracture when re-examined by my dentist, which caused a pocket infection at the gum line. My Dentist recommended Dr.. Jantz for extraction, bone graft, and implant. Dr. Jantz did a 3 D image x—ray and explained in detail the proper procedure, technique, and care to correct the problem. We discussed the different implants and choices available with the latest techniques and best outcomes. The 3D imaging did show the tooth fracture and pockets of infection in great detail as well as increased deterioration of the bone from the X-rays taken prior to the new crown. We proceeded with the tooth extraction, bone replacement graft and guided tissue regeneration barrier. In a couple of weeks the sutures will come out and after three months for the bone graft to heal we will proceed with the titanium implant. Then that has to heal for a few months and the porcelain tooth will be placed. So far I have not experienced any pain! That means there is likely a successful plan in place for an implant that will last the rest of my life! River Landing Dentistry has been a life saver for me since I moved to SC a year ago.

Great experience from the time I checked in to when I left. Very clean and modern space. The Dr was kind and very considerate of any discomfort I might have. Her assistant (Natalie) I think, was also very kind and tentative. Easy process for forms and appointment information. 10/10 highly recommend. 😊
