Dr. Jones has been our family’s dentist for many years, and our experience with him has been nothing short of exceptional. We first met him when our son—now 33—was a senior in high school and needed veneers. All these years later, those veneers still look just as beautiful as the day they were placed, a true testament to Dr. Jones’s skill and precision. Not only is Dr. Jones highly skilled in his profession, he is also one of the kindest and most humble professionals you will ever meet. His gentle approach, genuine care, and unwavering integrity set him apart in a way that’s rare to find. I could honestly write several paragraphs about what I love about this office—the warmth, the professionalism, the consistency, the way they make me as a patient feel valued—but I’ll summarize it with this: you simply can’t find any better.

The dentist makes me very anxious but Dr Carmichael was absolutely amazing, she explained everything thoroughly and was so kind and empathetic. Legend was amazing too, she walked me through the entire process and presented all my options thoroughly and professionally. She noticed my discomfort and offered words of encouragement and even reminded me to breathe when needed. I’m very happy with my choice to come to Smile.

Today was my first visit at Smile Advanced Dental Center. The entire staff was very friendly, the practice was clean and orderly and they took me right back with no wait. My hygentist was very sweet and gentle ! Dr Carmichael was very nice and thorough. They made the whole experience stress free ! I will definitely be a return patient.

This was my first visit to Smile!Advanced Dental Center. The receptionist began with a smile and greeting as I walked in, making me feel welcomed. My hygienist, Jenna was professional and thorough in cleaning my teeth. While taking X-rays she made a point to be gentle with the required apparatus so as not to cause undue discomfort to my lower jaw area. Additionally, she took her time to ask and answer questions to get to know me, a first time patient! When it came time for Dr. Carmichael to check my teeth, she and Jenna communicated about me and my dental/medical history so she was aware of who I was and what she was looking at. Thank you to all the ladies for exceptional service today.

Had a great experience. I'm new in town, I felt right at home from the first phone call. Our dentist, Dr. Carmichael and her assistant Andrea are honest, have great bedside manners, knowledgeable and answed my questions. Most importantly my appointment was not rushed. Front desk staff 10/10. Wonderful team!
