This place is great like always but the lady up front Ally was very sweet and kind and so helpful. She has a wonderful personality and made my family feel very welcome. She even helped me and my husband with some insurance questions. Also the lady checking out was great as well. Love it here

I have always had a wonderful experience at this office on Benton, until today. My kids was examine by Dr.Johnson she made it her business to not only state an unnecessary comment but made assumptions on my personal attentiveness towards my child assuming because I'm a mother of four. She also insinuated that i was not checking because i was unfamiliar with what she asked.Yet she did not educate me on the matter at all. As a professional her job was to examine and educate her patient. Not give assume and be wrong at same time. And if I was to repeat her comment I'm pretty sure 99% of mother's would have been personally offended. Don't offer your opinion unless asked. Im her for your professionalism.

I was planning on going elsewhere. This was going to be my children’s last appt at your office. We had a new dentist office picked out but then Dr. Johnson came in and she was wonderful! I had lost all hope with this place. My children have been going to Coastal Kids since day 1 but it has gone down hill. If I can have Dr. Johnson at all of my children’s appts I am willing to stay and I suggest you do whatever you can to keep her because for the last 2 years, I have been very disappointed in this place. I am positive I am not the only parent who feels this way.

My daughter had to have 3 teeth extracted. The dentist, Dr. Raquel Johnsonade the situation exceptionally worse than it needed to be. Despite the fact that my daughter is tall, she is only 12. She needed to be treated like a child. Both the doctor and her tech talked to her in such a condescending manner. They acted like she should be fine with what was happening but never told her what was happening. So how was she supposed to understand? They acted like she had no right to feel how she felt. And quite honestly, they actually acted like we were both stupid. My daughter has never been scared or upset about going to the dentist but this day she never wanted to go back or have any procedures done again. I’ve had to ask that she never be allowed around my daughter again. She does not need to be a pediatric dentist. She is clearly more suited to being an adult dentist because maybe they will be up to her standards.

Ally at the front desk is so friendly and sweet. Didn't have to wait long and was able to get us in/out in about an hour. That was X-rays, cleaning. Floride, treatment plan and scheduled for next appt and consultation appt for braces. All were helpful and kind
