I usually get nervous at dental appointments, but Fera made the experience so easy and comfortable. She was kind, knowledgeable, and very gentle during the cleaning. She took her time, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done perfectly. You can really see how dedicated she is to her patients and her work. I’m writing this review on behalf of my grandmother, who recently had a dental cleaning with Fera. She’s not comfortable writing reviews herself, but she asked me to do it because she was so happy with her experience. My grandmother has been getting dental cleanings for many years, and she said she has never had such a thorough and gentle cleaning like the one Fera provided. Fera was extremely kind, patient, and attentive. She truly listened to her, showed genuine care and empathy, and made her feel comfortable the entire time. She was very gentle while doing the cleaning and taking X-rays, explained every step clearly, demonstrated oral hygiene instructions, and took the time to educate her about her treatment. You can tell that Fera is very professional and truly loves what she does. She even took before-and-after pictures, which my grandmother really appreciated.
