⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am very happy with the care I received at Delite Dental. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional. The dental cleaning was excellent, and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire visit. The doctor was very clear and thorough in explaining everything to me. He took the time to walk me through the entire process and answered all my questions. He was very kind, and I felt at ease because it was obvious that he is knowledgeable and experienced. I also appreciate their holistic approach to dental care and their focus on using treatments and materials that support overall health and well-being. Delite Dental is wonderful. Ever since I have started going to them, they have been nothing but professional, competent and highly service oriented. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who inquires about my dental experience. They are phenomenal.

I love Delite Dental! They do a great job of helping me take care of my teeth holistically. I have 2 root canals they inject with ozone so I don’t have to have them removed. I’m very grateful to have their expertise in our area.

I do mot recommend this practice. Initially, I had a metal crown replaced with porcelain, and that part went smoothly. Later, we agreed to extract an old root canal tooth. The extraction itself was extremely difficult and unsettling. The dentist struggled to draw blood beforehand,, equipment malfunctioned during the procedure, and the entire experience felt disorganized and poorly communicated. He was applying excessive force while trying to remove the tooth, and it became obvious that complications were occurring. Eventually, I was informed that my sinus cavity had been opened during the extraction — something they described as “a risk that can happen.” I left the office feeling terrible and unable to breathe comfortably. I also felt rushed out because there were other patients waiting after my procedure took far longer than expected. What concerns me most is that I was never properly informed about the seriousness of the sinus perforation or the aftercare involved. I was only given basic instructions like not using straws. I was not clearly told that gauze had been packed into my sinus cavity and would require removal later. I also had no idea a bone graft had been placed. I had an international trip already planned, I felt very uneasy about traveling in condition o felt. By the grace of God, I decided to see an oral surgeon before leaving. The oral surgeon discovered non-dissolvable gauze had been placed into the sinus cavity and questioned why a dissolvable material had not been used instead. I actually called delite while at oral surgeon office to confirm this as I was in shock that nobody explained that I would need to be cut back open to get that non dissolvable gauze out at my next appointment. I immediately had the oral surgeon remove the packing and he replaced it with a dissolvable material. What’s even more disappointing is that after I canceled my follow-up appointments, nobody from the office ever checked on me or followed up about such a serious complication. What if I never came back and I would go on my life living with gauze inside me with no knowledge. Not ok. I understand complications can happen in dentistry, but communication, informed consent, proper after care instructions, and patient follow-up matter. Warning do not go here. This is an Untrustworthy practice and could be very dangerous for you.
