Lowcountry Public House

Been wanting to try this place. Pleasantly surprised. Best wings I’ve had in Summerville. Short rib special was delicious. Great selection of seasonal drinks. Friendly staff. Definitely worth the visit.

Me and my family had a really great experience at Lowcountry Public house this evening! The food was outstanding. I had the shaved prime rib sandwich and my wife had the smash burger and both meals were outstanding. Better yet our server Kaylyn was excellent. She was personable and made sure all of our needs were met. My young kids were astatic over the outdoor playground. Overall an excellent experience that I would recommend for a date night or a family dinner! We found a new spot 👍🏻

I had excited feelings initially for this place!! We discovered the farmers market when we got there and it was a pleasant surprise. The decor was quaint but modern. We had high expectations for the food and my husband and I decided to try their specials. We tried the loaded waffle fries but they were extremely salty and a little over done. I tried one from the bottom to get a reprieve from the salt but it was not edible. Next we tried their baby back bbq rib sandwhich on a bed of coleslaw on a brioche bun with a side of fries. Sounds great right? My husband almost broke a tooth biting into it because the ribs were overly crispy. My meat also had hard bits and I could not eat it. The fries were again extremely salty. I hate to give this place a low review because I was so excited but the food just wasn't good...

This place has a real good feel both inside and outside. Great for kids. Wonderful staff and service. Enjoyed the shepard's pie poutine! The banana pudding cheesecake was delicious! It's a must order every time! Looking forward to coming back soon.

Comforting food and generous portions. All served with genuine care. The space for kiddos to play in the back is a welcome touch.
