Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar

First visit and Great first impression. The hostess was friendly and got us on then list right away. Wait time was only 10 minutes on a Friday evening. Brandon our server was on point, did a great job and made good recommendations. I had the Steakhouse Smash, wife had the chicken salad and our Son had the smash-n-stack burger. All our meals were awesome. 😎 Dessert was 2 milkshakes and the banana pudding. Shakes, one Elvis and one Cookie’s and cream were perfect. The banana pudding looked awesome, but had a strange fake banana flavor that resembled banana candy, do not recommend it. Brandon was gracious and made the adjustment. Great atmosphere and vibe, we will definitely return.

If you are craving a guilty good burger, Bad Daddys can cure it. Everything was delicious, fresh, and a good tell, cooked exactly to order and well seasoned. Food came out fast and still sizzling hot, and the wait staff are very attentive. Everything is clean and well taken care of. Highly recommemded. If i didnt live in a different time zone, this would be a regular haunt!

Would never return. Waitress made a mistake on order which was no big deal, but then I proceeded to cut into burger and it was raw as you can see in the picture. Waitress tried to tell me it was medium. That is when I got angry. Do not gas light me. Apologize for the burger and bring it to the back. I was already without food bc my food was not correct. Let’s not add insult to injury. Manager corrected food, but never apologized. Also the French fries my son got were hard as a rock. As someone that worked in food service as a manager in the past, I was quite disheartened by the whole experience. $87 to just be aggravated.

We were seated quickly. The food was good I ordered the classic burger with tots, and everything was cooked well. The mozzarella medallions were not that great and marinara sauce had no taste. The sauce that came with the tots was good. The only downsides was related to where we were seated. We were in the outside section of the restaurant, where the music was extremely loud, making conversation difficult. There was also a very strong cologne or perfume smell that was a bit overwhelming.

I’m completely done with this place after two bad experiences back-to-back.About a week ago, I ordered wings and they were extremely overcooked—completely inedible. On top of that, I waited in the to-go line for 20–30 minutes past my pickup time. I tried calling multiple times to address it, but no one ever answered.I decided to give them another chance today and ordered something different—chicken tenders, fries, and a pretzel appetizer. After a 25-minute drive home, I opened my order to find only 2 tenders and a very small portion of fries (definitely not what I paid for). To make matters worse, they included an empty container where the pretzel was supposed to be—completely missing from the order.I tried calling again multiple times and still couldn’t get anyone to answer. Order #990093 if management wants to verify.At this point, I’m beyond frustrated and will not be returning. Poor food quality, missing items, long wait times, and zero customer service response is unacceptable.
