Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar

Great place to eat! Great atmosphere with plenty of TV for you to choose from hanging everywhere. Service was great, fast, and polite. That combination you cant beat. The jumbo pretzel is AMAZING and highly recommended.

Came in on a Wednesday afternoon thinking we were going to have a good time. We were wrong. The waiter forgot our drink orders that wasn’t a big problem. After bringing us our starters we didn’t see our waiter for a good long time. Wondering when our food was going to arrive got boring, our food finally arrived but it was sadly cold and buns soggy like they had been sitting for a bit. Taking our first bites we discovered the burgers were raw (ordered medium cook) these were not medium they were raw. One more cooked than the other but both still raw, they did thankfully cover both burgers. Other than that the frickles were good. We will not be returning.

Really disappointed in my door dash order. The burger was LITERALLY raw. The fries completely soggy, missing tater tots, and the wings were hard as a rock. The whole meal was inedible. I've eaten here in person and it was good. So, it's unfortunate that they were so lazy and sloppy on this $50 delivery order.

I’m completely done with this place after two bad experiences back-to-back.About a week ago, I ordered wings and they were extremely overcooked—completely inedible. On top of that, I waited in the to-go line for 20–30 minutes past my pickup time. I tried calling multiple times to address it, but no one ever answered.I decided to give them another chance today and ordered something different—chicken tenders, fries, and a pretzel appetizer. After a 25-minute drive home, I opened my order to find only 2 tenders and a very small portion of fries (definitely not what I paid for). To make matters worse, they included an empty container where the pretzel was supposed to be—completely missing from the order.I tried calling again multiple times and still couldn’t get anyone to answer. Order #990093 if management wants to verify.At this point, I’m beyond frustrated and will not be returning. Poor food quality, missing items, long wait times, and zero customer service response is unacceptable.

When I went there the style of the place was like non other, like genuine care was put into how it looks. It's mildly different from any franchise fast food place. Unique visually. The food was top notch too! I loved it even trying out a new drink in the side too (Dirty Pepsi I believe) . The prices are far for what they're giving you! Only problem (and probably due to the amount of people) is that service was slower than average. BUT that is a variable. All in all 9.8/10!!
