From start to finish everyone was very helpful, provided all the information needed and worked with us to get the best care for our furbaby. We're very happy with the whole process and how grounded and honest every one was about the entire ordeal. We cannot say enough good things about this! We did an ultrasound, X-ray, and splenectomy with a scar revision surgery and each one was a great rate for the area with exceptional work.

Look no further for your vet! Easy, available appointments, affordable pricing and they treat my pups like they are their own. Experienced with puppies to senior dogs (have all). The staff is wonderful and I couldn’t be happier that I switched to them last year. When we lost our Sully, they sent a sweet condolence card, even though we had to take him to an emergency vet. I highly recommend.

Dr. Mack and the staff at Coastal Creek are amazingThey gave us hope for our poor 12 week old puppy with a leg in need of extensive surgery. Everyone was so kind and understanding. Everything was explained to us so we understood the risks vs the benefits. The prices are quite reasonable in my opinion. I have would have had to pay considerably for BettyJean’s surgery at other vets in the area. I really can't speak highly enough of Coastal Creek. The time they took to explain and make sure I understood everything that was happening, as well the kindness and support of the entire staff is 2nd to none

I just wanted to leave a review because with 7 fur babies finding the perfect vet could be difficult but with coastal creek I had zero doubts! The whole staff is incredible, our fur babies feel comfortable when they are there, we are treated with such care and they take the time to listen and help find exactly what is needed for each one of the babies to thrive! I have so much respect for what they do, thank you all! With love Nova, Rocky, Midnight, Pumpkin, Oliver, Shadow and Squeaks!

I had my first visit to this veterinary office recently with my Yorkie, Penelope. There were several things I liked. The doctor was knowledgeable and took time to examine Penelope, the front desk staff was very friendly, and the office itself was clean and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience afterward was extremely disappointing. After the doctor finished the exam, a veterinary technician came in with a clipboard containing the doctor’s recommendations, totaling more than $900. I explained multiple times that I am on a fixed income and could only pay for the office visit and the one vaccine Penelope was due for that day. I specifically stated several times that I would need to schedule any additional recommended services for a later date. The technician crossed off one item worth around $400, but there was still more than $500 remaining on the estimate. Again, I told him that I only wanted the office visit and vaccine that day. He then took Penelope to the back and returned quite a while later with a bill for over $500. I was shocked and honestly wanted to cry. I had repeatedly communicated my financial limitations and what services I was authorizing. As a first-time client, I did not realize I was expected to go line-by-line through the estimate and specifically identify what should be removed. I believed that clearly stating, multiple times, that I only wanted the office visit and one vaccine would be sufficient. When I explained that I could not afford the bill and asked whether I could pay part now and part next month, I was told that payment is due when services are rendered. While I understand and respect office policies, this situation resulted from a communication breakdown. What disappointed me most was that not a single person acknowledged the misunderstanding or offered a simple apology. As a former nurse, I was taught that when a misunderstanding occurs, we listen to the patient, acknowledge the situation, and try to make it right. Even a sincere “I’m sorry this happened” would have gone a long way. I genuinely liked the doctor and the front desk staff, but because I did not feel heard and because my concerns were never acknowledged, I will not be returning. Pet owners deserve to have their financial boundaries respected and their instructions clearly understood before services are performed. **Update** Dr Mack reached out to me regarding my visit and said how sorry she was that my first experience with them turned out the way it did and offered to do what she could to make it better for me. I really appreciate her reaching out. That meant a lot 💕
