What a great experience! The staff was great! From the moment we entered we were greeted with such kindness and professionalism from the front desk. The vet and vet tech were awesome! Explained everything in great detail. Took great care of our little man! Thank you AcutePet Urgent Care! We will definitely use you again if need be!

Very understanding and helpful. Broke everything down to us. Took amazing care of Daphne (my dog) while she was in there care. They did the best they could for her before she was transferred. They even asked us to please keep them informed of her status when she is stable. She’s better just sleeping a lot.

My poor little guy had an abscessed anal gland that ruptured while we were waiting to be seen at Blue Pearl. It was going to be at least another 2 hours for them to see him, so I called AcutePet and they said they would see him right away. Everyone was so nice and compassionate! The office was clean and calm - unlike most emergency vet clinics. I wish we had brought him there before wasting over 2 hours waiting at the other place. They got him fixed up quickly and gave him something for the pain. I got a call from their office this morning, checking on my sweet Loki. I can't properly express how grateful I am for the care they provided for my baby!

We were able to schedule an appointment very close to when we became aware that our dog had an issue! Everyone, from the front desk, to the vet tech, to DVM Torres was outstanding. What a blessing to have such convenient care when issues arise. I highly recommend!

I had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. After my dog was bitten at the dog park, I called to see if they could help, and the team was incredibly kind and reassuring right away. They were able to get us in quickly, and the entire staff was compassionate and attentive throughout the visit. The veterinarian took the time to thoroughly explain everything, which I really appreciated, and the vet tech was gentle, supportive, and helpful every step of the way. My dog was treated with such care and professionalism. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend AcutePet Urgent Care to anyone in need of prompt, compassionate veterinary care.
