This place was great. I was assisted with an emergency situation while other places, (including the CHS Animal Society didn't help.) I can tell the staff had a genuine concern. And they price was fair, they were not trying to take advantage of me. Please consider them for your next vet appointment.

Sweetspire is wonderful, especially Stacie! I brought in a sweet stray with a terrible wound, and they treated him with so much love and care. Stacie squeezed me in and went the extra mile and BEYOND all around, I can’t thank her enough. Alissa was also amazing, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I can’t thank them enough and I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need!

Extremely compassionate and knowledgeable team! We are so happy with the care our pets received and in my dogs end of life care. They are very transparent and I appreciate that more than words can express. Continue doing great work!!

I am finally writing my thoughts about sweetspire. I took my german shepherd for appointment to update annual vac's, I mentioned to dr that it seems he has to urinate so much. She did lab work and said she would like to do additional test" at another cost" I immediately agreed to whatever he needed. I was told lab work would take about 48 hours, after several phone calls and emails and by this time two weeks have gone by the dr called to tell lab work was lost. Back we went on monday morning for yet another sample, I expressed my concerns several times I didn't want this to get to emergency situation, no one seemed to be concerned. Dr did call me by this time on friday to tell me she would like to do x rays and that reception would call me back to schedule...well guess what monday morning comes no call from any one and we are in emergency situation. I took him to charleston animal hospital and he was diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer of the bladder. By this time it is thanksgiving weekend, he passed away on Saturday 29th. I feel like if someone at sweetspire would have cared enough to listen to me he wouldn't have suffered. Yes he was not going to get well, he was very sick.
