I cannot say enough good things about Brighton Animal Hospital. Everyone in the office treats the customers and their pets with the utmost love, care, and respect. As a self-proclaimed “helicopter mom,” they have never made me feel bad or judged by asking questions that may seem over the top or silly, rather provide as much information in the most gentle way possible. You can even text them with questions or photos and someone will reply to you promptly with a call or text message. My Golden Retriever, Blooper, sees Dr Jurgensen and absolutely adores her and all of the Techs. Dr Jurgensen is patient, kind, and I completely trust her with giving my Golden the best care possible. If you are looking for a trustworthy, honest, and overall genuinely kind and loving place to bring your pet, Brighton Animal Hospital is it!
Top notch care from beginning to end. Cannot recommend Brighton Animal Hospital in Nexton enough to my friends and family. Everyone was kind, compassionate, caring, Professional and supportive. They took care of my dog Lulu like she was one of her own. She was having an allergic reaction to something unknown and they did everything to make sure she was better before I took her home. They kept her for hours to monitor her reaction to the medicine because she has a seizure disorder. It was a great experience having them care for my fur baby and I’m so grateful for each and everyone one of them Big shout out to Miss Dawn at the front desk, Miss Elena our vet tech and Dr Jordan.❤️❤️❤️
The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They made me feel very comfortable and did an incredible job working with my puppy, they talked sweetly to him, held and positioned him precisely and gently, and they gave me a very thorough explanation of what to expect during the visit and what was to come in the future. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I don't use vets often but from now on I will only be going here. My cat was very comfortable there, the staff showed him lots of love. Appointment was on time, they were efficient, just a great experience overall. Warm, friendly environment.
You are not going to find a better vet’s office than Brighton. I am a frequent flyer at Brighton(like once a week, it’s ridiculous lol) I started using them back in 2020 on a whim and was immediately pleased with the welcoming environment and compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable staff. My crew sees Dr Wetzel mainly and she is absolutely AMAZING but the entire staff is great! I use them for regular vet care for my pups as well as reproductive services for my breeding program. My dogs have been in for everything under the sun: progesterone testing, c section, pneumonia, routine care, bloodwork, vaccines, spay/neuters, puppy well checks, snake bite, ultrasounds, OFA radiographs (great positioning btw!). Every single visit I’ve left feeling that they truly had the best interest of my pet and myself in mind. I recommend Brighton to everyone looking for recommendations. There isn’t a better, kinder, more compassionate vets office in town.
