Shuckin’ Shack Oyster Bar

The food and service was really good both times I visited. The wings are my favorite! The salad was so fresh. The oysters were nice sized and the crab balls were really good too! House made ranch is a bonus in my book!

Was a great find in the cute downtown of Summerville! Ate outside, with cutest resident cat! Ordered hushpuppies, 1/2 lb Crab Legs and husband ordered Chicken Fingers. All delish! Waitress was super sweet! Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the shack attacks, mahi tacos (slightly blackened) with side salad, and Fried shrimp platter. Thought the oysters tasted only like bacon. Next time I want to try the sweet Thai chili wings and crème brûlée cheesecake.

Not sure how the night life is, because we went around 3:30 in the evening. Very laid back. Service was great. Food was good, although I expected a little bigger portions. My only complaint is having to use the parking garage, because it's downtown Summerville.

I wanted chargilled oysters and they delivered. We tried other food as well but once again I just wanted my oysters and I left happy. This is a cute little rugged spot in the cut. Try it.
