    Went in for the 1st time on today 12/8/25, asked for assistance. Hannah immediately came over to assist me. I needed more help she came over again and not only did she showed me where the item was she walked me to it. I loved the customer service given and she made a suggestive sale ŵas well. I wanted a pair of black crocs for my granddaughter Christmas gift. Thanks Hannah you Rock !

    Not happy with customer service. Wasn’t greeted. My son wanted a pair of nikes but they were high on the shelf. A young lady who worked there saw us and walked right by us instead of assisting. We grabbed them down but my son and myself could’ve gotten hurt by the boxes. Shopping and feeling like you’re not being acknowledged sucks. The last time I shopped was right before the remodel and I ordered shoes in store. When I asked the cashier an estimate on arrival they didn’t know. Then asked a manager which was a lady with long hair. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and had an attitude the entire time. It made me uncomfortable. The prices are incredibly high and the workers seem like manikin’s because all they do is stand around instead of giving good costumer service. This is eventually going to draw away customers. It for sure drew me away. 👎🏾

    I never post reviews but I feel this needs to be known. BUYERS BEWARE! Went in yesterday to get a pair of Birkenstocks mainly because I had a coupon I thought could be used.They rebranded from Shoe Carnival to Shoe Station. First impression is Shoe Carnival was much nicer! Prices are high compared to other shoe retailers. Went to go checkout, employee at end of line directing where to go said yes you should be able to use the coupon however got up to register and was told no that is only for Shoe Carnival but yet they used my Shoe Carnival email on file. I should have just left them at the store and gone down to Rack Room Shoes and got them less expensive. It makes no scene to use our old Shoe Carnival email if you rebranded but yet you won’t let the coupon be used. It is not the customers fault that the store rebranded. Only reason I stayed longer in the store was because it was poring down rain out. With that being said I will be taking my business elsewhere.

    You can't believe the service! Four gal employees helped me on a visit to purchase a pair of slip-on tennis shoes! They are definitely not short helping customers which I thought was refreshing! Thanks Girls...

    Nakyra was a really big help with myself and my kids! She stayed around the whole time just to help us find what we need!!. Every time I come in there If she is working, I go to her because I know she is willing to help and always has a smile on her face!! Thank you Nakyra
