LAW ENFORCEMENT BEWARE!!!! This business will ask for credentials for online orders to make sure you get your high capacity magazines. Great to this point. You speak with customer service after you're approved and confirm you will receive the magazines. Then when you order 2 pistols one firearm has the mags, the 2nd does not. Clearly an error. Now customer service refuses to send out the magazines owed and cite their compliance department. Even when I have proof of customer service contact and proof that my credentials are on file. This place has decent offers but will screw you over the moment you give them the opportunity. I will NEVER deal with them again nor will any of the members in my club or the FFL I use.

I recently bought some products for a build and the customer service was amazing. Shannon was my customer service rep and he was very professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I was thoroughly impressed. The only thing I’d recommend is adding a ticket pull to ensure the order of service for customers. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

3/15 UPDATE: PER PSA's own reply below, I did as they asked ~1 week ago: I emailed them at the address they posted in their reply to my review and I also posted the same message/info online via their website's contact form. I never received a reply to either message from anyone at PSA... not by email, phone or otherwise. Dropping my rating from 2 stars to 1. Wish I could give them zero stars. Original review: Like a lot of people experienced, very poor overall & customer service. Prices are good, better than most for a lot of firearms if you buy online & have it sent to the store. But that's the only good thing about them in my experience. For example, don't tell a customer you're going to call them re: an issue with a purchase then turn around and send them a "no-reply" canned/templated email with a (non)solution that I didn't authorize or have any say in (and for which the best & preferred resolution that they initially said probably wasn't possible I now have authoritative proof that it is indeed possible...but they already made & acted on their [wrong] decision and now it's too late to fix the issue to my satisfaction.) Always planned to use another facility for range services anyway, but I doubt I'll ever shop with them again for anything, even if it means paying a bit more. Never again.

This is definitely not my favorite armory. I’ve been to multiple armories in both North and South Carolina, and my experiences elsewhere have been much better. I decided to come in on a weekday (Wednesday) since I’m familiar with free-shooting days from the women that I go to in North Carolina. When I arrived, I was told there was a waiting list of nine people ahead of me and that they had been busy all day since the morning. Honestly, that made no sense to me. Every other armory I’ve been to usually has lanes available, especially for women. I feel like I completely wasted my gas and my time. I’ll definitely be finding another armory because this experience was just not worth it. The staff didn’t come across as friendly—every time I’ve been here, they’ve seemed rude. I truly miss Palmetto State Armory in Denver, North Carolina. They know how to run a business and make women feel welcome.

Bought an online gun from them and picked it up in store. Gun was rusty out of the box, guy in the store said he couldn’t help me since it was online. I didn’t want a refund, so they gave me a small blemish refund to compensate for the rust, which is good for me.
