The provider I saw Ms Waite was extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. She listened with care to my concerns discussed them thoroughly in a way I could understand. Gave me requested referrals and information. I felt heard understood and that my well being and concerns were heard.

Nurse Sara is GREAT! I find that an experienced APRN can provide care that is often indistinguishable from the doctor’s, and that was what Sara provided for me. She was brilliant, gave insights as to what my problem was and decided on a course of action that we both agreed on. She was nice, profess, and had a sense of humor, which I greatly appreciated.

Extremely unhappy with the staff. I had an appointment with Dr. Corso. She was very friendly and helpful. She had ordered me several new meds, that was on Thursday. I called my pharmacy on Friday morning and they still haven't received the scripts. I called the office to ask why they haven't called in the prescriptions to the pharmacy. She said she didn't know why they weren't sent in,but would put a rush on it. It is now Monday morning and the pharmacy still haven't received the orders. I called AGAIN to the office to see why the orders haven't been called in to the pharmacy. She said they probably weren't sent in because the Dr. Is off on Friday. I know as a retired nurse that the Dr. had already written the orders and the staff are responsible for calling them in to the pharmacy! It is nowafter 2pm and I am still waiting!!!

Dr Corso had thorough discussion of life style options, providing written suggestions. Evaluated all my concerns. Was very empathetic and personable. I was actually seen early. The assistant Grace was very efficient and pleasant. And she gave the best shots I have ever had. Did not feel the needle or the med.

NP Jilian was very helpful and enthusiastic hearing and understanding my condition including the mentee who took my vitals and info as supervised by his mentor. The radiologist across the building was very polite and professional as well.
