Dr. Marcy Nagpal is truly exceptional, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, my husband and I immediately clicked with her, and that connection only deepened throughout my pregnancy and delivery. I went into labor with the intention of having a vaginal birth, and although we ultimately needed to pivot to an unplanned C-section, I felt completely safe, informed, and supported every step of the way. Dr. Nagpal guided me through the decision with clarity, calm, and deep respect for my experience. I never felt rushed, pressured, or dismissed. Knowing that it was her who would be performing my C-section brought me an immense sense of peace. I trusted her fully with my life and my baby’s life. Throughout my care, she never once made us feel like we were on a timer. I always came prepared with questions, and she answered every single one thoroughly and thoughtfully. Her knowledge is incredibly deep, yet she explains things in a way that is clear, grounded, and human. She also has a wonderful sense of humor, which both my husband and I truly appreciated. She is warm, relatable, and genuinely herself. Most importantly, Dr. Nagpal made me feel safe, and that sense of safety is everything, especially during birth. She created an environment where my nervous system could stay calm, even when plans changed. It is truly an understatement to say how much we are going to miss seeing her as often as we did during pregnancy. We are endlessly grateful for her care.

The absolute rudest office staff. My appointment reminders continuous said be here by 7am, get here and the front desk staff gets angry stating we don’t even open till 715. That’s not my fault. Then continued to complain that staff doesnt even clock in till 730. So basically I’m here wasting my time.

They charge you if you cancel under 24 hours from the scheduled appt...yet they cancelled my wife's appt. with less than 24 hours notice. This after they rescheduled her appt with little warning THREE times and the day before they cancelled, a receptionist confirmed live on the phone that the most recent reschedule date/time was confirmed and would not change again. My wife called them to confront them on this and the receptionist gave my wife medical advice!

MUSC's online service failed to communicate that it can not accommodate new patients. After driving two hours, we arrived for our son's appointment only to be told there was none scheduled. The person at registration said she knew exactly what happened because it's been an issue for other patients as well.

I would like to say that I want to go to you again since you are in my community, but I can't. The woman (person who gives life to others) must feel very confident when visiting a doctor, but how can I trust that doctor if they are not interested in giving a good service to the community or create a good reputation? They are not interested in whether you say that you had a rewarding experience and that you would like to come back and tell others about your good experience or if you went once and you never want to come back again. Where did they leave their desire to leave a positive impact over the years in the community with good service? If you are looking for honest reviews about them, don’t go to instagram etc.. because they deleted my honest opinion within an hour after I posted there so that only positive comments remain.
