Kairos Mediterranean

We stopped in on a weekday for lunch looking for a more balanced meal, Kairos was the perfect choice. We ordered the 2 protein plate & the Earth & Turf bowl. I loaded my plate with a wide variety to sample a little bit of everything. The spicy chicken was packed full of flavor & wasn’t dry at all. All of the veggies were fresh & tasted great, the zucchini and the roasted sweet potatoes both really stood out. Unfortunately the meatballs were cold in the middle, I didn’t end up eating them. Still, even with that, it was a delicious meal that I would come back for. The Earth & Turf bowl was super fresh, there’s a lot of variety in it but all the items pair perfectly. The falafel was fried fresh & tasted great as well! The pita bread isn’t anything special, but it’s still warm & delicious. A little bit of garlic would really take it up a notch. Service was outstanding! Every single server was extremely outgoing, kind & really made my day. That’s priceless! Overall, great flavors & great experience. Looking forward to my next visit!

Raw falafel. Spoke to the manager and apparently that's how the upper management has told them to make it. Other than that, fresh and filling! A good spot for an easy, flavorful meal. Good for vegetarian or vegan folks. Music was a little loud for my taste.

We have to eat here every time we are in the area. Sometimes we go twice! 😁 I learned why my nieces enjoy their root beer - definitely worth trying.

Kairos is a fantastic Mediterranean restaurant. It's it's almost like a Mediterranean Chipotle and I love it! The food is always fresh, they have great vegetarian options. I am vegetarian and I work in the area. So a few times a week, I will order from Kairo's. I build my own wrap, and The 17 step falafel is always fantastic as a protein! And the red pepper and feta hummus is amazing! I just appreciate that they are a restaurant that focuses on the quality of their ingredients, and the freshness of their ingredients. Pretty much anything you get, there is going to be a nice wholesome nourishing meal that you may want to make for yourself but you didnt have the time! So I highly recommend it for vegetarians and meat eaters alike.
