Swig & Swine absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the moment I walked in, you can tell this place takes BBQ seriously—but without losing that welcoming, laid-back vibe. I ordered the 3-meat plate with ribs, pork belly, and brisket, and every single bite delivered. The brisket was tender and perfectly smoked with that rich, deep flavor you look for in true BBQ. The ribs had a great texture with a clean bite and were cooked just right, and the pork belly… honestly, that was next level—crispy on the outside, juicy and packed with flavor on the inside. What really sets them apart is the sauce selection. They’ve got a huge variety, and you can tell a lot of thought went into each one. My personal favorite was the jalapeño BBQ—perfect balance of sweet heat with just enough kick to keep things interesting without overpowering the meat. Service was just as impressive as the food. The team was friendly, fast, and genuinely cared about the experience. The managers were walking around checking on tables, making sure everything was spot on, which says a lot about how they run the place. Overall, this is the kind of BBQ spot you keep coming back to. Great food, great service, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real, high-quality BBQ done right.

I’m not going to claim to be a barbecue aficionado. I am going to know I have tastebuds and a sense of what constitutes a good value for my dining dollar. The young lady who took my order was nice and this isn’t that kind of review. It is a review that says this might be the worst barbecue I’ve ever eaten, especially for it being almost $30 for the food I ordered. The sausage was good. The rest of the food wasn’t. It was lacking in seasoning and I knew better to go to a restaurant less than an hour and a half before closing (I’m being sarcastic because food quality shook always be top of mind). It just wasn’t good and it’ll probably be a one and done experience for me.

Had a great lunch here on out way out of town. They had a great patio and were super friendly to our pup (even bringing him a bowl of water)! We did the family platter because we wanted to try everything. It did not disappoint! We will definitely be back when we’re in town. Or better yet, open a location in Columbia :)

Great service the waiter was incredibly polite and helpful, the family platter was enough to feed 4~5 people and the food on the platter was amazing, the atmosphere was nice as there was dim lights a nice bar and amazing decorations.

Loved the food! Rice and Grits were amazing... eat till I burst. Also loved that they're helping ex-vegans rehabilitate. They also had prepped menus for gluten and dairy free options.
