Hampton Inn Summerville

Courteous and respectful hotel staff. I was greeted the moment I walked through the door and every time thereafter. Check in was smooth and easy. Lobby and hallways smell very clean. Breakfast is ready on time with a variety of foods and a pleasant host. Room was immaculate. Pleasant smell throughout. Bed was comfy and A/C worked like a charm! Would definitely book again!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Rooms were exceptionally clean. We ran into Barbara (#1) at housekeeping and she was sooo kind and asked about our stay. The breakfast was delicious. My four year old son wakes up super early so we were down by 5am having coffee/hot cocoa. The ladies who prepared breakfast opened it early so we could eat and they had already had everything prepared. They were also attentive to our needs. Everyone we ran into were kind and professional. We will be returning in a few months and plan on staying at the hotel again.

Rooms and service were wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. Ms. Barbara in the breakfast area was a complete joy and a ray of sunshine every morning we were there. The front desk staff was also friendly and easy to deal with. A word of caution is in order in the area as we did notice several closed businesses nearby while walking our dog and others being renovated. There is a substantial homeless population in the area and they do wander about the area. We did not encounter any on the hotel property but in the immediate area around the hotel they are present. It wasn't an issue for us but be aware. The hotel is pet friendly for a fee, service animals are free. Overall a good stay and good hotel. Good place to stay in Summerville. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the Summerville area.

We had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn! The hotel was very clean, pet friendly, and the entire staff truly cared about every guest who came through the doors. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it. A special shoutout to Shawn at the front desk — he was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming throughout our stay. He took the time to have genuine conversations with us and you can tell he truly cares about both the guests and the animals that come in. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel that comfortable and appreciated while traveling. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean, welcoming, and genuinely caring environment!

The fellow working the front desk in the evening was AWESOME. He had 20+ yrs at that same location. The room was in great condition & spotless. The two ladies at breakfast were so nice. I love the real oatmeal and fresh fruit and skim milk. Please consider adding some herb tea(like mint or chamomile) and adding Greek yogurt. Do appreciate the consistent hours including weekends of 6-10 a.m.
