We stayed here for three nights while moving between houses, and it was the perfect place to recharge. The rooms were spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable—exactly what we needed after long days of moving. The bathroom was spacious, and the stand-up shower was amazing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. As a gluten-free guest, I was thrilled that they had gluten-free cookies available! Highly recommended.

This is a contemporary decor hotel in a nice location. It's convenient(within minutes) of shopping, dining, gas stations, the interstate, and perhaps more. Of note, my bed was very comfy, for sleeping, as compared to some of my stays at other hotels. The rooms were very clean, and for double occupancy, very spacious. I would have given a 4 star rating if not for 2 issues.... the 1st room we were assigned too had most of the lights not working; and the 2nd room had the desk chair in disrepair. It either needed to be replaced or recovered. Due to our short overnight stay and deteriorating weather conditions, we did not have an opportunity to dine at the hotel.

Just to start, every staff member I interacted with were amazing, friendly, helpful and attentive. On paper, this place seems promising. The rooms are spacious, the bed is genuinely comfortable, and the pillows are fantastic. The location is convenient, easily accessible by the interstate. However, these are the only positive aspects. The negatives are numerous. There are no streaming services on the TV, and the WiFi was out for over two days. The room looked like it had been cleaned recently but was dusty, dull, and carried a faint “corporate fatigue” smell. The air conditioning wouldn’t go below 72°, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The furniture was all stained and needed to be steam cleaned. The workspace was oddly designed. The desk was too high, and the chair, while comfortable, was too low, creating an uncomfortable position for writing. As a 6’4” person, sitting in the desk chair at its highest position, the desk still came to chest level with me. Overall, the hotel has the warmth of an airport terminal, cold and functional, but forgettable. To top it off, there was no check-in cookie, which is a small thing but significant when your entire brand revolves around it. This place isn’t the worst, but it’s far from Hilton’s best effort. It’s an old Cambria Hotel, so it hasn’t been maintained to Hilton standards from the beginning. A little more care and attention to detail could transform this forgettable hotel into a “I can’t wait to go back” hotel.

Can’t complain at all about the service. Everyone was friendly and fixed anything that I pointed out. The credit card reader went out for a couple of days which made it a little challenging. Breakfast and dinner were good. Bar had a good selection. Fitness room had a very good selection.

I want to make a great review as I travel all over the world, I’ve stayed in many hotels, and customer service is always something. I look forward to. I must say Olivia at the front desk of this location was nothing short of amazing. She was attentive and extremely kind. Her energy and smile at the front desk of a great representation of the Hilton brand. Thank you Olivia.
