Just had the best experience here! Had my two toddler boys with me too and they loved it. My son said the donuts were the best donuts he has ever had. We got 2 donuts and a tomato, herb and cheese pretzel. The donuts were AMAZING! Super soft dough, fresh and not overly sweet. We got the OG donut and the cinnamon and sugar. The tomato, herb and cheese pretzel was super soft, flavorful and delicious. I didn’t get any of their coffee so I can’t say if it’s good or not but I didn’t order a tea. Also, they have a mom’s day on Mondays! Kids get a free donut hole with purchase of menu item!

Huge fan of BKD Shop in Summerville. Their donuts are incredible. I have had the chocolate ones, the coconut, and even their pretzels and everything has been so good. They also have a great matcha which is a nice bonus. I first tried them when they had their van at Soda City and was a regular at the market and honestly wish they still went. I go to the Summerville location often now and highly recommend it. Definitely go early because they do sell out.

Pricey yet delicious. Seems to be worth it. My doughnut was delicious; not too sweet and the perfect amount of frosting. They have a good chew and body. The coffee was good too!

Today (8/30 @ 10:28am) was the best service I’ve received at BKed! It’s a tradition to take my son to get a doughnut after his haircut. (The kids haircut location is in the same plaza) The cashier today was so sweet - I wish I got her name. She kindly asked my three year old what doughnut he would like. This felt so special! They were really busy, but the interaction did not feel rushed. We’ve been here over 6 times & it was good. But today was different - the service & OG chocolate doughnut were 10/10! The plant selection is awesome as well.

Great Location. Pretty looking shop. Bathrooms were a little dirty. Went around 11:30. Just came from New England where we had donuts fresh, soft, and airy fluffy frosted. Donuts here taste too doughey like the chocolate ones. Feels like they are being over kneaded. Not airy. Very Stale. Frosting taste off. Paid $60 total for a coffee and a dozen donuts. Coffee was amazing! Threw away more than half the box of donuts.
