Didn't want to leave! Loved it. The flavor in the tomato basil soup is delicious. My favorite (oddly like me lol) was the pasta salad. Just a bit sour just enought to enjoy the rest of the flavors and ingredients. The sammich was not too crunchy not to softy.

The restaurant isn't super big, but the food was good and the people were very nice. I had the chicken salad and my fiance had the cuban. I chose the pasta salad and it was quite balsamic-y. Definitely different from the usual kind. My fiance chose the potato salad and it was delicious. It was some of the best I've had in quite a while. We'll definitely be back!

My sister and I went in this past Saturday. The man behind the counter was friendly, and the food was great. My sister got a salad with salmon on it, not only was it cooked perfectly but the piece was huge and looked fresh. I had a sandwich that was also great with a side of fresh fruit. I like that they have a soda fountain that allows for refills as well. Will definitely be returning.

The Eclectic Chef was such a cool find in downtown Summerville. The food was top notch and so was the friendliness of the service at the place. The restaurant was clean with seating both indoors and outdoors. Their sandwiches would certainly be recommended along with their desserts. Most definitely coming back here, if we’re ever back in the area!

Not just the best lunch, but also the best CATERING. The menu was all of my favorite things, and was super easy to plan and adjust. Some of my favorite dishes were the feta dip, Carolina crab dip, pierogi (!), and the homemade oatmeal cream pies. No one went hungry, and people have been raving. Thanks, Eclectic!
