Summit Coffee Nexton

Not bad for a coffee shop. Eclectic. Modern vibe. We went Sunday afternoon around 130pm. Currently parking is avaliable. Construction is in the area as they are just building the other buildings. Their sweet treats are limited. We had a vanilla latte iced with oat milk - the 24 Oz cup. It wasn't that great as they put the same amount of vanilla syrup into a 24 Oz as their smallest size. It tasted more like the oat milk than the vanilla flavor we hoped for

I love the spot, the staff are kind. I didn’t realize a 24 oz only had two shots so I was gonna pay for two more and she added a double to my drink, and then asked later if she needed to remake it. So sweet!

I’m having a hot chai latte with almond milk and it’s absolutely delicious. I really like the flavor and the temperature — perfectly hot and comforting. The café is cute and relaxing, with great background music and a nice variety of pastries. The only small downside was that the honey container at the self-serve station (with cinnamon and sugar) was empty. Overall, a very pleasant and well-timed discovery. I’d definitely come back.

Muffins are a little bit dry and chai latte was quite plain. I like the setup and the atmosphere here.

Summit coffee is well designed with a great atmosphere. Unfortunately I was not a huge fan of the coffee, this is a warning to people that like to taste the coffee. If you like sweet, homemade creative flavors this is your place! If you appreciate a fine crafted latte with the proper ratio of milk and coffee I would not recommend. It could be on off day or what I order maybe the cold brew is where it’s at? Side note as well they do not use cubed iced but borderline shaved ice. I believe a great iced coffee drink needs big ice it was quickly watered down. I would go back and try a hot latte though!
