Panera Bread

So, I ordered food for 3 people. Everything was in 1 paper bag including 2 cups of SOUP. Now, we all know the lids on the soups are not tight fitting. When our food arrived the soup was spilled out in the PAPER BAG and the soup had soaked through the sandwiches. The "side" breads were just placed in the bag and those were soaked as well. 1 sandwich was missing. 1 of the sandwiches only had, what looked like chicken. Where was the bacon, the cheese, the ranch??? I contacted the store and they refused to refund me right away. I have to wait up to 30 freaking days for a refund! I spent almost 50 bucks and customer care only wanted to send me gift cards. Wow guys....do better!! This is stupid!! Y'all lost my business for sure! Thanks for NOTHING and thanks for wasted time, wasted money, wasted gas and wasted food!

The food was alright, although they were out of some of the items we had wanted. The bacon Mac n cheese is the Mac n cheese with a piece of broken bacon on top. The soup was alright but with all the hype over Panera soups, it was lacking that wow factor. Both were served in a giant bowl which made the portions seem small. I feel that Panera overall wants to make a massive bottom line out of food that should be fresh and “healthy” and it diminishes the final product. The service was fine and the staff was friendly, but the overall vibe of the dining room is giving hospital cafeteria.

Better service than the one over in North Charleston - no wait for a drink cup (that was the entire order), but croissant they had to be reminded to give me. They were prepping a lot of lunches for later in the day. Sweet tea was good. The unsweet tea - weird after flavor like it wasn't cleaned out properly of soap?

Great food and an inviting atmosphere! I love the variety of fresh soups and sandwiches, and their pastries are always a delightful treat. The staff is super friendly, making each visit feel special—definitely my go-to spot!

This Panera location is a great lunch spot! The menu has a variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, and other goodies. They have a large dining room and the tables are always clean. The staff is very friendly and I like that Skyler always remembers my order and name! The food is tasty and the bathrooms are always clean. I would recommend Panera Bread as a great go-to lunch spot for excellent service, menu variety, and a clean restaurant! 5 Stars!⭐️
