I was not satisfied with the final result of my treatment, and even less with the overall experience with the dentist. My procedure had to be split over two separate days to minimize the effects of anesthesia. After noticing a few concerns during the first visit, I decided to reserve judgment until the second appointment. Unfortunately, those concerns were reinforced. The dentist who performed my procedure, Lawrance Evola, entered the room without any acknowledgment, no greeting, no basic courtesy, and once done exited the same way, which created an impersonal and uncomfortable atmosphere, as if he was doing me a favor. When I mentioned that the tool being used to hold my tongue was causing discomfort to my gum, he seemed surprised and responded by saying the tool was blunt and that my tongue was strong. The technician, Kayla, stepped in with a lighthearted comment to ease the tension. She is very kind, though it now seems she may often find herself compensating for the dentist’s lack of tact and customer service. There were no apologies or reassurance offered at any point, and I was left feeling as though my discomfort was an inconvenience. Additionally, the filling from the first day became extremely sensitive and required adjustment during the second visit, and the second filling now feels uneven. Given the combination of poor communication, lack of bedside manner, and unsatisfactory results, I do not plan to return and cannot recommend this practice.

Kayla and Dr. Evola was amazing! Both tried to make me feel comfortable and make sure I was breathing properly during the treatment. Definitely recommend this team!

The staff at this establishment is exceptionally friendly and attentive. I have never experienced long wait times and have always been treated with respect. I highly recommend this establishment.
