Senor Tequila

We usually enjoy Senor Tequila for a quick and reasonably good meal. Tonight was not one of those nights. It started with feeling rushed to order on the front end. The food was overcooked tonight and we were rushed with ‘you want the check’ as we finished our food. I get it, they want to turn the tables quickly but this just seemed a little aggressive. The one thing that was consistent…their chips & salsa! I enjoy how light and crisp they make their tortilla chips and the salsa is always amazing. Hopefully this was just a one off and when we visit again the food will be back to cooked properly.

My server Rosa has spoiled me with her service excellence, professional attitude and genuine love for her job, customers and place of business. She’s now serving over at the sister restaurant run by the family Villa Cantina. So I go to that establishment now as I will follow her wherever she goes. She is THE BEST!!! Once you’ve been spoiled by Rosa you won’t be able to settle for anything less either. Thanks for the memories. Rosa does however work Mondays here so I will be seeing her then. Thanks Rosa, you are amazing 🤩

My wife and I went here for date night on a Wednesday. The service was incredibly fast, both in having our order taken and getting our food. We got our food ridiculously fast. The large draft beer was reasonably priced, and my wife was happy with her margarita. The food was good: not remarkable, but dependable with plenty of it. I wasn't worried about the atmosphere; it wasn't "top notch", but I didn't really care at the time. It was someone's birthday at another table, so the restaurant staff sang to them. We'll definitely be going back for casual date nights. Overall: Great value and service, solid food.

The food is good here with a wide menu of choices. Like most Mexican restaurants there are few dishes that offer rice and beans. They'll tell you can order a side, but it's expensive and more than most people would like to have as a part of dinner or lunch. The prices are competitive for the area and the food is good. Coupons are sent to household's in coupon pack that redu e the meal about 15%. I recommend the restaurant and it's menu. An exceptional dish of theirs is the Shrimp ala Mexicana.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experiences at this restaurant. On two separate visits, I waited over 20 minutes without being acknowledged or assigned a server, while others who arrived after me were helped first. When I finally got attention, the staff was dismissive and rude. As a Black customer, this treatment felt discriminatory and unwelcoming. No one should feel ignored or disrespected when they’re spending their money. After this happening twice, I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic courtesy and fair treatment.
