They're awesome they have this huge random selection of books on a large bookshelf to the right of the reception desk and they do NOT care how many you take and said They're taking donations always...hardbound as well as paperback. Such a lovely surprise.

They had the time to stand around not doing anything but could not see me. They said appointment only. They was not busy and the staff was not doing anything but talking to each other. I have been homeless waiting on unemployment and they just don't care. I finally got approved in February and have had to call once a week at least and I can't get anywhere. I literally lost everything. Unemployment is supposed to help until you find another job. No one will hire me because I live in my car.

Completely is less system. They dined me 2500 dollars for being injured when returning to work. Stating I could not return to work with out a doctor's note. Judge says I owe the money because I was not cleared for work. My body my choice on what I do or do not do or want to do with it. No judge will make my decisions for me. On another note my wife filed for unemployment cause of covid. While she works for the state. And was on the phone for over 8+hours yet ng to find out what to do and how to file. Soo now because due to lack of people doing there job and making the site more user friendly and a knowledgeable staff they want to fine her 33 percent for over payment she has been calling about for months. To find out how too do it. Plan and simple they are conartists. They are puoposly not helping to make a profit.

Excellent resource for learning, training & employment support. Administrators are professional, welcoming and driven to assist you in any way possible. This program is a blessing to our community, especially now, in our desperate time of need!!!

Horrible experience i was scheduled for an appointment with someone who didn't even work there he was basically filling in for the actual worker basically a big waste of time.
